If your request is made after the 30-day return window, the item may not be eligible for return.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned. Non-returnable items may include:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or are not in original condition.
  • Items missing original tags, labels, packaging, or included accessories.
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards, store credit, or other digital items, if offered.
  • Any item that cannot be accepted for hygiene, safety, or condition reasons after inspection.

How to start a return
